A massive thank you for coming out at short notice today to fix Mum's boiler. I don’t know how she would have managed without hot water all weekend. The price was good and the job was excellent. You were recommended to me by a Landlord friend of mine who has a lot of properties that you do work for, so when my boiler wasn't functioning he said to give you a call. I was amazed when you fixed it, I thought. I know! I need a new one, but to get a few more months out of this one is brill and at a price I can well afford. Thank you for sorting our boiler. When Dad txt me in Spain and said it wasn't working, I was dreading coming home! I knew it was on the blink and that we needed a new one, but was holding out for a few more months, so to come home to the house, exactly how we left it, but with a brand new boiler, and at a price which is affordable is totally fantastic. I shall not be dreading the winter now!

Thanks a lot for all the work you have done at my property over the last few weeks. I know it has been a nightmare for you having to work around builders and plasterers, kitchen fitters etc. but you've both been amazing at working round it all! I'm nearly there, and the house, hopefully, will be ready in a couple of weeks for me to move in with the kids. Your patience has been brilliant under trying circumstances, and I can't thank you enough. I'm hoping to be able to sort the bathroom in a few weeks, so will call you to fit it. I know you’re really busy, but I can’t wait until you can fit me in.
